Harvest Moon DS is the greatest game of all time. It is known for its many, MANY glitches, but I posit that they are a feature, not a bug. The best glitch is the unlimited money glitch. To achieve this, you send the fishing sprites to fish at the beach for a week, and then you will wake up one day with an unfathomable amount of Gold. Then, you can build all of your buildings out of golden lumber. I have played through the game too many times to count.
I used to be very loyal to Celia (do NOT give her pickled cucumber). But then I decided I'd do a challenge, so I married Leia, which is risky because she lives in the duck pond outside your house, and if there is a bad winter storm or a summer typhoon, the duck pond can actually be destroyed, taking Leia with it, and basically you lose your wife. I have married Flora and Nami as well. The only girlies I haven't married are the impossible ones (like literally impossible due to localization glitches) which include the Harvest Goddess and the Witch Princess, and I also haven't managed to marry Keira, though I'd like to attempt it for my next playthrough. I also never married Muffy, because that's who my sister always chose. And Lumina's personality never really did it for me, so I never wanted to marry her.
